We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom.

Order processing

All Bikes & Bants products are produced and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable.

As our products are produced to order, please allow approximately 3–5 working days for production and processing before your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant delivery information and tracking details where applicable.

UK delivery options

We currently offer two tracked Royal Mail delivery options:

Royal Mail 48 Tracked

£2.88

Estimated delivery is approximately 2–5 days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked

£3.48

Estimated delivery is approximately 1–3 days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking

Both Royal Mail 24 Tracked and Royal Mail 48 Tracked provide tracking information.

Tracking information will be provided when your order has been dispatched.

Please remember that the delivery estimate begins after your order has been produced and dispatched, rather than when the order is first placed.

Delivery delays

While we aim to have orders produced and delivered as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal delays, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at info@bikesandbants.com with your order number and we will help you investigate the delivery.

Incorrect delivery information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this causes a delivery problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the damage where appropriate.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery outside the UK

At present, we only offer delivery within the United Kingdom.

We may introduce international delivery in the future.
