1. About Bikes & Bants

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, sizes, colours and other information displayed on our website are accurate. Product photographs and mock-ups are provided for illustration. Minor differences between images shown on the website and the finished product may occur. Products are subject to availability.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The product price displayed at checkout is the price payable for the product, together with any applicable delivery charges shown at checkout. We may change product prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been placed and accepted.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, you are requesting to purchase the products in your basket. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product description error, product availability issue or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled order.

5. Payment

Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not have access to or store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and available services are displayed at checkout. Products are produced and fulfilled by our third-party fulfilment partner, Inkthreadable. We will aim to have orders processed and delivered within the estimated times stated on the website or at checkout. Delivery times can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these Terms & Conditions. Information about cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your legal rights where goods are faulty, defective, not as described or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of consumer law.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If an order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and photographs or other information about the problem where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. Goods supplied to consumers must meet the legal requirements relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and description.

9. Personalised or made-to-order products

Where a product is specifically personalised or produced to a customer's individual requirements, different cancellation rights may apply where permitted by law. This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, defective, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
